Mac will probably remember the wonderful corned beef and cabbage cooked annually by Jim Flood, organist/choir director at our church in Niagara Falls.  Haven&#039;t had any good corned beef since.  It&#039;s more than I usually undertake in my cooking.  Don&#039;t tell anybody, but I settle for canned corned beef.  Blush.  Hide my face.</description>
