Looks great. Send me some quick! Mac will probably remember the wonderful corned beef and cabbage cooked annually by Jim Flood, organist/choir director at our church in Niagara Falls. Haven’t had any good corned beef since. It’s more than I usually undertake in my cooking. Don’t tell anybody, but I settle for canned corned beef. Blush. Hide my face.
